"Chips" and Salsa

My husband and I love chips and salsa. Now we can enjoy them together and I wont be compromising my diet.

Chips:
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup of sesame seeds
A few tablespoons of water
Take a food processor and combine all ingredients
into a paste-like consistency
Press out on a greased cookie sheet about 1/8 inch thick
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
The "chips" are done when crispy and lightly toasted
Sprinkle with sea salt
Break apart in to chips

Salsa:
3 tomatoes (seeded)
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 of a red onion
1 red bell peper
1 Anaheim peper
1/2 jalapeno
1 clove of garlic
1 small bunch of cilantro
1 avocado
Small dice each ingredient and place in to bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and peper
Let steep for 30 minutes

Serve cold and with "chips"
Enjoy!
