Baked Eggs


What you need:
Bacon or Ham (If your meat is raw, cook it thoroughly first)  
Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Cupcake tin
Any other spices you like on your eggs 


Pre-heat your oven to 325
Next, line your cups with the cooked bacon (or ham). I tore some of it up to put in the bottom 


Next, crack one egg in to each cup 
Sprinkle salt and peper
Place them in the oven for 10-12 min depending on how you like your eggs cooked 
Watch them very closely, as to not over cook them  


Run a knife around the bacon (or ham) and pop them out of the tin 


Serve them hot with your favorite breakfast side dish
